I’m Alina — a vegan baker, herbal tea maker and health coach based in Luxembourg.
I started baking vegan cakes out of a simple belief: that food made with wholesome, plant-based ingredients can be just as beautiful, indulgent and celebratory as anything else. Every cake I make is handcrafted to order — no shortcuts, no compromises — just real ingredients, real care and a lot of love.
Alongside the cakes, I create small-batch botanical herbal tea blends inspired by Ayurvedic wisdom and the healing power of plants. Each blend is designed to nourish, calm or energise — depending on what your body needs.
I grew up in Romania, have lived in Luxembourg for over a decade, and have spent extended time in India — particularly in Rishikesh, where I deepened my connection to yoga, nature and conscious living. These three places live in everything I make.
I am also a certified yoga teacher and health coach. But before all of that — I am someone who believes that the simplest acts of care, a beautiful cake for someone’s birthday, a cup of tea at the end of a long day, are some of the most meaningful things we can offer each other.
