Ayurveda has been part of my life for many years — long before I understood what it was called. It was in the way food was prepared around me, in the spices, in the rhythm of eating with the seasons.
These cooking classes are an invitation to experience that wisdom in a practical, hands-on way. We cook together, we eat together, and we talk about why certain foods make us feel alive and others leave us heavy and tired.
In each session you will learn:
- How to cook simple, nourishing Ayurvedic meals from scratch
- How to use everyday spices — turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger — not just for flavour but for their effect on the body
- How to understand your own constitution and cook accordingly
- How to make food that supports digestion, energy and calm
Classes are small, intimate and held in person in Luxembourg. No prior knowledge needed — just curiosity and an appetite.
